• The String Ensemble, which is available to students who have played their instruments for one to two years or more, privately or in a classroom setting, and have a good basic foundation to note reading, though they can be in the learning process. Rehearsal will be from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. Sept. 30, with registration starting at noon.
• The Beginning String Orchestra, which is open to students ages 7-15 who are interested in learning to play the violin, viola, cello and bass. No previous experience is necessary. The first meeting will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 7.
